Quality and Warranty

Our aim is to provide sustainable, high-quality care to our clients. To this end, a policy has been drawn up in which the quality of care is monitored and guaranteed.

• Our practice meets dental standards, is modern and easily accessible;
• Our dentists are highly trained and experienced in dentistry, they are also registered in the KRT quality register and keep their professional knowledge up to date with courses and further training.
• Our dentists have the X-ray radiation expert certificate 5A/M
• Our dentists speak the Dutch language and are BIG registered;
• Our dental assistants master the Dutch language, are well trained and maintain their professional knowledge through courses and further training.
• We attach importance to permanent quality and are inspected annually by the Association of Dutch Dentists (KNMT);
• The equipment and materials we use in our practice meet European quality standards and requirements and the equipment is inspected annually.
• We work in an environmentally conscious manner with separated waste and amalgam filters.
• Our practice is affiliated with the Dutch professional group (KNMT) and uses a formal complaints procedure;
• An annual quality report is drawn up every year;
• A patient satisfaction survey is conducted annually and published on the site;
• The practice is easily accessible for the disabled;
• There is an RI&E plan and an evacuation plan;
• There is a KEW (Nuclear Energy) file;
• We work according to established policy plans and protocols.

We provide a 3-year warranty on dental reconstructions and treatments (porcelain crowns, bridges, dentures, implants) performed by our practice. The manufacturer of the implants also provides a 10-year warranty on their materials.

The condition is that you maintain your teeth properly as advised by the dentist. You can also receive documentation with maintenance advice and cleaning instructions. It is also important that you follow the suggested PMO (periodic oral examination checks), such as coming to our practice every six months for a check-up so that we can identify and solve any problems in a timely manner.

The guarantee is only valid in our practice and not if you have it corrected at another practice.
